I hit the gym with a couple of buddies yesterday and we helped each other out, I showed them my routine and they implemented their techniques into the program. We were able to increase our max weights on each exercise since we were there to spot each other, and also did "reverse" reps, which you go through the motion slowly and hold it out until your muscle fails. I'm sore as heck but if I keep this up I will see great results.

I don't wanna alarm you, but I've just heard rumors from EmperorBassexe that there is a Hacker on the loose. You better warn Ker-Doze about that.

We took an energy boosting powder beforehand, but I don't do creatine, that's for cheaters.

Yeah creatine causes more problems in the long run. I stick with my proteins before and after.
